The department of computer science engineering was established in the year of 2008 with an intake of 60 students + 20% of intake through lateral entry. Our students have been achieving various records in academic since 2008. We have well qualified, experienced teaching faculties for conducting courses to our students. Also, our department has well equipped modern laboratory with high speed internet facilities.

It is with great pleasure that we share with you the 2023-2024 reports for the computer Engineering department, Annai College of Polytechnic. We are happy to report, that through careful planning and a strong commitment by our faculty, staff and students. we have maintained our normal enrolment and graduation rates in academic activities. As we share with you the department’s annual report and we stress our continued commitment to the highest levels of excellence in teaching. Our mission to further reach of computer engineering, as they continue to impact our world in positive and profound ways. Computer Engineering (CSE) is one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants which focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Students pursuing computer science courses will gain knowledge of design, implementation and management of information system of both hardware and software. Going by the name, CSE course deals primarily with the theory of computation and design of computational systems. A computer science education will give a solid grounding in logic, strategic thinking and team work skills that you can use whether you choose go on to med school, business school or another field. And of course CS will enable you to do cool things with software. In the way we provide a quality of education for the students in our college. Our department was started with 60 intakes in 2017. Now we have successfully running 42 students in final year and 53 Students in pre final year with 4 faculties.
